Great article on the paucity of aid in villages— even those nearer to Kathmandu and relief workers. This line caught my eye because it relates to the discussions we’ve been having around here:

“That need remains great. Nepal Information Minister Minendra Rijal said the government has supplied only 29,000 tents to 400,000 displaced people.” (The News Tribune)
