Here's a question for you: What is a school? The building? The teachers? Can you have a school with only one of these elements?

We are looking into the possibility of paying for one or two teacher salaries at this school for a limited period of time.  We have inquired into the yearly salary, and are waiting for a response from the village!  More to come on this topic.
